This pathway is currently in development and is not yet registered with the U.S. Department of Labor. SkyBridge is not currently accepting apprentices for Protective Services.

What We're Building

The SkyBridge Protective Services Specialist pathway will be a fully registered, competency-based apprenticeship program designed for Alaska's growing security and protective services industry.

Like our Culinary Arts pathway, it will combine structured on-the-job training at registered employer sites with related technical instruction — giving apprentices both the hands-on experience and the theoretical foundation they need to succeed.

The program is being developed in alignment with Alaska's security licensing requirements and DOL apprenticeship standards. We are targeting registration in the near term and will notify all interested parties as soon as enrollment opens.

Important: SkyBridge does not currently hold a DOL-registered apprenticeship in Protective Services. This page describes a pathway under development. No enrollment is being accepted at this time.
