We're not looking for transactional referral relationships. We're looking for organizations that share our commitment to workforce equity and are willing to walk alongside candidates through the process.

Due Diligence Marketing Policy
SkyBridge is a U.S. DOL Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor. The integrity of that registration — and the trust of every candidate we serve — depends on accurate, honest representation of our programs at every level, including by our partners.
All partner organizations are required to adhere to the following standards when referencing, promoting, or co-marketing SkyBridge programs. These are not optional guidelines — they are conditions of partnership.
Accurate Program Representation
SkyBridge and its partners represent only what is true about our programs. We do not overstate pathway status, credential value, employer commitments, or funding availability. All marketing materials must reflect the current, verified state of each pathway.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
We do not guarantee employment, wages, job placement, or funding to any candidate or partner. Apprenticeship creates opportunity — it does not guarantee results. Partners must not make outcome guarantees on our behalf.
Transparent Partner Status
Partners are identified accurately as confirmed, projected, or target-category partners. No organization may be listed as a SkyBridge partner without a current, executed agreement. Projected and target designations are clearly disclosed as aspirational.
Restricted Pathway Compliance
Four pathways (FinTech/Blockchain, DAO/Digital Assets, Investment Operations, and Credit Services) are under active legal review and may not be promoted, marketed, or referenced as available programs. Partners must not refer candidates to these pathways.
Co-Marketing Approval Required
Any co-branded materials, social posts, press releases, or public communications referencing SkyBridge must be reviewed and approved by SkyBridge before publication. Unapproved use of our name, logo, or DOL registration number is prohibited.
Shared Accountability
Partners who refer candidates are responsible for ensuring those candidates understand the current status of the pathway they are being referred to. Referring a candidate to an in-development or restricted pathway as if it were open is a violation of this policy.
Restricted Pathways — Do Not Promote
The following four pathways are under active legal and regulatory review and are not available for enrollment or referral: FinTech/Blockchain, DAO/Digital Assets, Investment Operations, and Credit Services. Partners must not reference these pathways as available programs or refer candidates to them in any form.

Is there a cost to become a SkyBridge partner?
No. Partnership with SkyBridge is free for qualifying organizations. We are a workforce development sponsor — our goal is to build pathways, not charge for access to them.
How do referrals work?
Partner organizations refer interested candidates to SkyBridge using a shared intake process. We follow up directly with candidates, assess fit, and coordinate placement with a registered training site. You stay informed throughout.
Can my organization co-brand or promote the program?
Yes, with approval. We welcome co-promotion and can provide materials, talking points, and program information for your outreach. All co-branded or co-marketed materials must be reviewed and approved by SkyBridge before publication. This is part of our due diligence marketing policy.
What is the due diligence marketing policy?
SkyBridge requires that all partners represent our programs accurately and only promote pathways that are currently open or in active development. Partners may not guarantee outcomes, misrepresent pathway status, or reference restricted pathways (FinTech, DAO/Digital Assets, Investment Operations, Credit Services) as available. Co-branded materials require prior approval. This policy protects candidates, partners, and the integrity of our DOL registration.
Which pathways can partners currently refer candidates to?
Partners may actively refer candidates to the Culinary Arts pathway (DOL-registered, now enrolling). Partners may inform candidates about the Protective Services, Community Engagement, and Media & Communications pathways as in-development programs where interest can be registered. Partners must not refer candidates to the four restricted pathways (FinTech, DAO/Digital Assets, Investment Operations, Credit Services) or represent future-phase pathways as available.
Do you work with organizations outside Anchorage?
Our current training sites are in the Anchorage area, but we welcome partnerships with statewide organizations and are actively working to expand our geographic footprint.
What populations does SkyBridge prioritize?
We actively welcome candidates with barriers to employment — including individuals with criminal records, veterans, those in recovery, and others who have been underserved by traditional workforce systems. Apprenticeship is designed to work for people who need a real chance.
