The SkyBridge Group Inc. was founded on a simple belief: that structured, employer-connected apprenticeship is one of the most powerful tools available for building lasting careers — especially for people who have been left behind by traditional workforce systems.
We spent three years building toward this moment — developing curriculum, forging employer relationships, and working through the rigorous DOL registration process. In June 2026, we received official recognition as a U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor. That designation isn't a marketing badge — it's a legal commitment to operate programs that meet federal standards for quality, structure, and worker protection.
Our programs connect motivated individuals with registered employer training sites, provide structured on-the-job training and related technical instruction, and graduate apprentices with a nationally recognized DOL credential. We are building a 19-pathway national advanced training network — because this model works, and the workforce needs it.

What We Do

We Sponsor Apprenticeships
As a DOL-registered sponsor, we are legally responsible for the quality and compliance of our apprenticeship programs. We develop the curriculum, set the standards, and ensure every program meets federal requirements.
We Register Training Sites
We work with employers to become registered training sites — vetting their capacity, aligning their operations with program standards, and supporting them throughout the apprenticeship.

Founded — Anchorage, AK (HQ)
The SkyBridge Group Inc. was established in Anchorage, Alaska with a mission to build structured workforce pathways for underserved populations — and a long-term vision for a national apprenticeship network.
Program Development & Groundwork
Three years of building — developing curriculum, establishing employer relationships, navigating the DOL registration process, and laying the operational foundation for a compliant, high-quality apprenticeship program.
DOL Apprenticeship Sponsor Registration
The SkyBridge Group Inc. received official recognition as a U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor — Registration No. 9059351-2026-142095. The Culinary Arts pathway opened for enrollment.
3 Pathways in Active Development
With the Culinary Arts pathway active, SkyBridge is developing three additional pathways: Protective Services Specialist, Community Engagement Specialist, and Media & Communications Specialist.
19-Pathway National Advanced Training Network
SkyBridge is building a national advanced training network spanning 19 apprenticeship pathways across industries — from culinary and protective services to logistics, financial services, cultural programs, and reentry support. Eleven pathways are in future build phases; four are under legal review. The network is designed to scale across geographies as pathways come online.
